Job summary

Smith+Nephew is hiring Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate adoption of its TESSA spatial surgery platform. Five regional openings across Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic demand strategic market development, consultative selling and strong relationship-building with surgeons and administrators.

The role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, with extensive travel (about 90%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of TESSA in a defined geographic region.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
