Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate the adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region. You will lead market development, customer engagement, and pipeline management to drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong clinical and presentation skills, extensive orthopedic device sales experience, and the ability to train surgeons, staff and reps while coordinating trials and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, sports medicine or capital equipment strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders: surgeons, administrators, executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA) across a defined region.
• Drive market development and customer engagement to create opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide training and certification for surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and effective field execution.
