Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions. You will drive market development, engage customers, create opportunities, and manage the pipeline while training surgeons, staff and reps and ensuring seamless trial prep and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.

Ideal candidates have a strategic entrepreneurial mindset with 5+ years in orthopedic medical device

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience. Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nebhew's first-to-market spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined geographic region.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding experiences.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
