Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Manager for the Midwest/Mid-Atlantic regions to drive market development and sales execution for the TESSA platform. Role involves engaging surgeons, administrators and executives to accelerate adoption and utilization of first-to-market spatial surgery technology.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience (sports medicine, capital equipment incl. video, robotics, navigation or enabling tech)
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders: surgeons, admins, executives
• Travel up to 90% across defined regions

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA)
• Develop market, engage customers, create opportunities and manage pipeline
• Lead training and certification of surgeons, staff and reps, ensure flawless trial prep and onboarding
• Collaborate with Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology to meet revenue targets
