Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, build a robust pipeline and drive sales execution with clinical and technical rigor.

Key responsibilities include training surgeons and staff, certifying reps, coordinating trials, and ensuring flawless onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience (sports medicine, capital equipment incl. video, robotics, navigation or enabling tech) preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology and align with cross-functional teams.
