Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate adoption of TESSA across five regions. You will drive market development, engage customers, and create opportunities while managing pipelines and achieving revenue targets.

Training surgeons and staff, and ensuring flawless trial prep and onboarding are core duties. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform.
• Lead market development, customer engagement and opportunity creation.
• Manage pipeline and execute sales within a defined geographic region.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and representatives.
• Ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding.
