Job summary

Smith+Nephew in the United States seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization of the TESSA spatial platform. You will lead market development, customer engagement, pipeline growth and regional sales execution with a clinical and technical onboarding focus.

You will train surgeons, staff and reps, manage trials and onboarding experiences, and report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders (surgeons, administrators, executives) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew's first-to-market spatial surgery platform (TESSA) across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding experiences.
• Report directly to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
