Job summary

Bio-Techne is hiring an Account Executive for Spatial Biology to drive sales across the US; this role is fully remote with some travel within Maryland and surrounding states. You will present RNA scope products and match workflows to customer needs, building relationships from bench researchers to departmental leadership.

The role requires a life sciences background, 1+ year field sales experience, and strong communication skills to expand Bio-Techne’s Spatial product footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology or a related life science field.
• Minimum of 1 year of field-based life science sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling into academic, government, biotech, or pharma research environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain quota and drive territory revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans with guidance.
• Prospect and generate new customer leads through field visits, calls, email, and trade-show engagement.
• Forecast sales, maintain Salesforce.com records, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Deliver technical and scientific presentations on Spatial product portfolio and match solutions to workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at bench and department levels.
