S&ME's Spark Summer Internship program invites students pursuing Civil, Environmental, Construction, Geotechnical, or related engineering disciplines to gain hands-on experience.

As part of a cohort, you will work with experienced employee-owners, participate in meaningful project tasks, and receive professional development to bridge campus to career. The program runs May 2027 through August 2027 and offers competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Out of town travel may be required
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
