Job summary

S&ME is offering a 2027 Spark Summer Internship across Civil, Environmental, Construction, and Geotechnical Engineering. Open to current students with diverse educational backgrounds, the program runs May 2027 through August 2027 as a full-time paid internship.

As part of an intern cohort, you will work with experienced employee-owners, gain hands-on experience, and access professional development to help you transition from campus to career in the engineering industry.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students preferred.
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Out of town travel may be required.
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
