S&ME, Inc. invites students to apply for the 2027 Spark Summer Intern program across Civil/Environmental/Construction/Geotechnical Engineering. You’ll join a cohort and work with experienced professional-owners on real projects.

The twelve-week internship runs May through August 2027, offering hands-on exposure to design, analysis, and field activities. Competitive pay based on experience; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred;
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred;
• At least 18 years of age;
• Out of town travel may be required;
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required;
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
