Job summary

S&ME is a leading, employee-owned, multi-disciplinary professional services firm offering a 12-week Spark Summer Internship Program across Civil, Environmental, Construction, Geotechnical Engineering.

Interns will work with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and receive professional development to help transition from campus to career. The program runs May 2027 through August 2027 with competitive pay and no housing provided.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a related degree program; rising juniors, seniors or graduate students preferred.
Related experience and/or campus leadership experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Out-of-town travel may be required.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
