S&ME is a leading, employee-owned, multi-disciplinary engineering firm offering a 2027 Spark Summer Internship across Civil, Environmental, Construction, Geotechnical, and Transportation Design-Build services. You will work with experienced professional-owners within your area of interest, as part of a cohort, gaining hands-on experience and professional development.

The internship runs May 2027 through August 2027 for twelve weeks with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; rising juniors/seniors/grad students preferred.
• Related campus or work leadership experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Out-of-town travel may be required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather for technical roles.
• Routine lifting 40–50 lbs.
