S&ME, Inc. offers the 2027 Spark Summer Internship Program across Civil, Environmental, Construction, and Geotechnical Engineering. Interns will work with experienced professional-owners to learn all aspects of S&ME and participate in a cohort setting.

The program runs twelve weeks from May 2027 through August 2027 with competitive pay based on experience. Housing is not provided, and visa assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred.
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Out of town travel may be required.
• For technical roles, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
