S&Me, Inc. invites motivated students to join its 2027 Spark Summer Internship program in civil, environmental, construction, geotechnical engineering, and related service lines. Interns will learn from experienced employee-owners and work within an intern cohort across different disciplines in a real project environment.

The twelve-week internship runs May 2027 through August 2027 with competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time internship, and housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred.
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
• Out of town travel may be required.
