Gartner is seeking a Client Onboarding/NCE specialist to engage prospects and clients, surface business priorities, and demonstrate Gartner resources. You will guide onboarding, walkthrough Gartner platforms, and support ongoing delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will apply strategic thinking, build relationships with executives, and help Gartner's clients realize value from our research and services while thriving in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization and influencing skills; adaptable and flexible.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand priorities and articulate Gartner value.
• Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients.
• Research prospective and existing companies and executives to tailor Gartner resources.
