Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding/ Insights Platform Walkthrough specialist to join our New Client Engagement team. You will help prospects understand Gartner resources, demonstrate gartner.com, and tailor demonstrations to client priorities.

In this hybrid role, you will onboard new and upgraded clients, surface business needs, and articulate Gartner value to executives. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ months of relevant experience are preferred, with strong communication and bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible.
• Well defined time management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant Gartner resources to drive impact.
• Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner’s renowned products and services.
