Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Client Success specialist within the Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough teams. You will engage with prospects and clients, demonstrate Gartner resources, and onboard new clients to ensure value realization.

You will lead calls to understand priorities, collaborate with Sales to showcase Gartner offerings, and research client companies to tailor insights for impact. This role supports a hybrid work model in Fort Myers, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record in client success.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Well defined time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's renowned products and services.
• Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
