Job summary

Gartner is seeking an early-career Client Success Associate in the United States to support onboarding, demonstrations, and ongoing client engagement. You will surface client priorities, articulate Gartner value, and collaborate with Sales to demonstrate products to prospects.

You will join the New Client Engagement (NCE) team and gain exposure to onboarding and insights platform walkthroughs, ensuring a customized client experience from start to longer-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for driving client success.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible.
• Well defined time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's renowned products and services.
• Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers.
• Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
