Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director, Business Development-Space to lead strategic growth across a Space portfolio, develop pipelines, and forge trusted relationships with DoD, IC, and Space Force stakeholders.

The role requires deep technical and programmatic knowledge, a history of driving revenue growth, and strong cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of leadership in Space/Intelligence, with a BS in a technical discipline and TS/SCI eligibility;

Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategic leadership experience in Space and Intelligence sectors with proven customer and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering; Master’s degree desired.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility for security clearance.
• Proven mastery of pipeline management, long-range planning, and USG opportunity management systems (SAM.gov, ARC, NSTXL SpEC).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & P&L growth: oversee strategy and business development for a mixed portfolio of software and bespoke development.
• Customer Engagement & Capture: cultivate relationships with government stakeholders and IC customers to shape future acquisitions.
• Market Expansion: lead transition of software development services from IC into broader DoD markets.
