CACI International Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Sr. Director of Business Development for Space. This role drives growth for a space portfolio generating over $1.3B in annual revenue and builds trusted partnerships across the U.S.

Space Force, DoW, and IC. You will guide strategy, capture, and shaping of mission-critical programs at scale. Ideal candidates possess extensive leadership experience in Space/Intelligence, with deep technical grounding in digital modernization,

Qualifications

15+ years of strategic leadership experience in Space/Intelligence sectors.
Bachelor degree in a technical discipline; MS preferred.
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
Proven mastery of pipeline management and USG opportunities.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategy and business development across licensed software and bespoke development.
Cultivate relationships with government stakeholders and IC customers.
Expand software development services from IC to broader DoD and modernization initiatives.
Lead long-range planning, pipeline development, and proposal strategies.
Identify and shape new hardware/software offerings based on customer priorities.
