Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership in Space and Intelligence sectors, with a proven track record winning new business.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline; Master’s degree desired.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience with Ground Enterprise Comms, Ground Enterprise Systems, Special Comms Missions, Launch & Range Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and business development across a mixed software portfolio to meet P&L targets.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with government stakeholders and IC customers to shape future acquisitions.
• Spearhead market expansion of software services from IC into the broader DoD.
• Lead long-range planning, pipeline development, and backlog generation; guide proposals.
• Identify and shape new hardware and software offerings by analyzing priorities and tech advances.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth in a matrixed environment.
