You will seed, shape, and win opportunities while building partnerships with US Space Force, DoW, and IC stakeholders. The role requires a 10+ year leadership track in Space/Intelligence, a technical background, and TS/SCI clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership experience in Space and Intelligence sectors with proven customer collaboration and win history.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer/Systems Engineering) required; Master’s degree highly desired.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Proven mastery of pipeline management, long-range planning, and USG opportunity systems (SAM.gov, ARC, NSTXLSpec).

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and business development to sustain and exceed P&L targets across a mixed software and bespoke development portfolio.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with government stakeholders and IC customers to discern needs and shape acquisitions.
• Lead market expansion efforts transitioning software development services from IC to broader DoD with digital modernization.
• Direct long-range planning, pipeline development, and backlog generation; guide proposal strategies with executive alignment.
• Identify and shape new hardware/software offerings by analyzing geopolitical trends and customer priorities.
• Provide strategic leadership across a matrixed organization to drive growth objectives.
