Zusammenfassung

CACI is seeking a Sr. Director of Business Development for the Sensemaking division of its Space Line of Business. You will drive growth for a space portfolio generating over $1.3B in annual revenue, building partnerships across the U.S. Space Force, DoD and IC while seeding, shaping and winning new business.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L, and navigate evolving funding cycles to deliver sustained year-over-year growth in a matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of strategic leadership experience in the Space and Intelligence sectors.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline (MS highly desired).
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Proven mastery of pipeline management, long-range planning, and USG opportunity tools (SAM.gov, ARC, NSTXL SpEC).

Aufgaben

• Oversee strategy and business development to exceed targeted P&L across a mixed software and bespoke dev portfolio.
• Cultivate relationships with government stakeholders, PAEs, and IC customers to shape future acquisitions.
• Spearhead expansion of software development services from IC into broader DoD and digital modernization initiatives.
• Lead pipeline development, backlog generation, and color-team review alignment with leadership.
• Identify and shape new hardware and software offerings based on geopolitical trends and customer priorities.
