Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior Manager of Business Development for the Space Sensemaking division, responsible for growing a space portfolio generating over $1.3B in annual revenue. You will seed, shape, and win opportunities while building trusted partnerships with the US Space Force, DoD, and IC to deliver mission-ready software and hardware solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of strategic leadership experience in Space and Intelligence sectors with track record of winning new business.
BS in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline (MS preferred).
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Proven mastery of pipeline management, long-range planning, and USG opportunity management systems (SAM.gov, ARC, NSTXL Spec).

Responsibilities

Oversee strategy and business development to sustain and exceed P&L targets across licensed software and bespoke development.
Cultivate trusted relationships with government stakeholders and IC customers to discern needs and shape acquisitions.
Spearhead transition and expansion of software development services from IC into broader DoD.
Lead long-range planning, pipeline development, and backlog generation; guide proposal strategies and color team reviews.
Identify and shape new hardware and software offerings by analyzing geopolitical trends and customer priorities.
