CACI International Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development for Space, based in Danbury with onsite work. You will lead strategic growth, drive pipeline, and shape acquisitions in a high-impact space systems portfolio.

You will engage government and IC customers, manage cross-functional teams, and push for expansion into DoD, DoC, and international markets, while ensuring profitable growth and strong partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 12+ years of strategic business development experience in Space/Intelligence sectors.
• US Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Strong communication skills with proven pipeline growth and long-range planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategic growth and P&L across Defense Laser Warning systems and complex optical payloads.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with government stakeholders, PAOs, and IC customers to shape acquisitions.
• Expand Space Payloads from IC into DoD and assess expansion into commercial/international markets.
• Guide proposal strategies and color team reviews for profitable, sustainable growth.
• Partner with business and engineering leads to identify and shape new hardware/software offerings.
