Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategic leadership in Space/Intelligence with customer wins.
• Experience with Ground Enterprise Communications/Systems and related missions.
• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility and science/engineering background.
• Strong collaboration across USG stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and growth, sustaining and exceeding P&L for mixed software and bespoke development.
• Cultivate trusted government relationships with SPACE Force, DoW, and IC customers.
• Lead market expansion from IC into DoD with digital modernization initiatives.
• Direct pipeline planning, long-range forecasting, and proposals.
• Shape new hardware/software offerings by analyzing priorities and tech trends.
• Provide strategic leadership across a matrixed organization.
