Job summary

WBI Operations LLC is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to enhance guest experiences in our spa and retail environment. You will schedule treatments, greet guests, assist with merchandise, and ensure spa areas are inviting and functional.

The role requires superb customer service, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team, and strong communication. Previous luxury hospitality experience is preferred; combination of education and work experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, spa or retail is required.
• Fast-paced environment with outgoing team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa area spotless and common areas clean between appointments.
• Show knowledge of treatments and provide recommendations and suggestive selling.
• Process spa reservations, handle billing, and greet guests on arrival/departure from treatments.
• Support all aspects of retail: assist guests, display products, drive suggestive selling, and manage merchandising.
• Handle guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction, and communicate issues to management for inter‑departmental resolution.
• Use good judgment while performing duties, and maintain discretion and diplomacy.
• Ensure spa linens and garments are cleaned, folded, and maintained to the highest standards.
• Participate in all designated programs, meetings, and training sessions.
