The role emphasizes hospitality, skincare knowledge, sales aptitude, and loyalty-building through retail, memberships, and rebooking, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant client records and smooth spa operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a reception/front desk/hospitality role, preferably med spa or luxury environment.
• Forward-facing sales enthusiast with a passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness.
• Strong sales acumen to educate clients and drive retail, memberships, and rebooking goals.
• Customer-service oriented with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Experience with client scheduling and POS systems; Zenoti strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Attune values and culture while knowing clinic services, products, pricing, and policies.
• Serve as a front-facing brand ambassador delivering a warm, sales-savvy client experience from check-in to check-out.
• Proficient with scheduling, client profiles, memberships, POS, and reporting (Zenoti preferred).
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Support retail and treatment inventory management and data accuracy; assist with onboarding and training.
