Job summary

Grand View Spa is seeking a Spa Coordinator to greet guests, schedule appointments, and guide visitors through spa facilities. You will provide courteous information on services, products, and amenities while ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, coordinating with service providers, maintaining spa standards, and supporting retail operations. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred; English communication skills are

Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in English (written and verbal).
• Able to follow instructions accurately, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexible on working days, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a teamwork mindset.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality experience with knowledge of Spa industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the Spa.
• Provide tours and information about Spa features.
• Assist guests with questions and inquiries.
• Handle calls and emails per standards of excellence.
• Take and schedule appointments by phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures.
• Coordinate with service providers for timely services.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to spa policies.
• Assist with retail sales and inventory in the Spa Boutique.
• Follow daily checklists and SOPs; maintain professional appearance.
