Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa area and common areas between appointments.
• Know all treatment aspects and ability to recommend and upsell.
• Process spa reservations, billing, and greet guests on arrival/departure.
• Support retail: guest assistance, product display, upsell, merchandising.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and communicate with management.
• Use good judgment and maintain discretion and diplomacy.
• Keep spa linens and garments clean and well-maintained.
• Participate in designated programs, meetings, training.
