East West Hospitality is seeking a Spa Concierge to welcome guests and support day-to-day spa operations, including reservations and front desk duties.

This role combines hospitality experience with retail responsibilities, POS usage, and a strong emphasis on delivering a memorable guest experience. The position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and to assist across spa areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests, provide information about services and amenities, and assist with reservations and scheduling.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas, including opening and closing duties.
• Process spa and retail transactions accurately using the POS system and assist guests with boutique purchases and product recommendations.
• Restock and merchandise retail products while working toward spa retail sales goals.
• Monitor guest needs, address service concerns, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
• Provide support at the Fitness Desk and in other areas of the spa as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs.
