The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Spa Receptionist to provide clerical and administrative support at the front desk and greet guests with professionalism.
You will answer phones, check reservations, take messages, process mail, manage gift certificates, stock supplies, update the daily log, and ensure requests are answered promptly while maintaining discretion and a high level of personalized service for guests of high social standing.

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the Spa. They must be able to speak clearly, communicate with all types of people, including VIPs, dignitaries and celebrities. The Spa Receptionist must maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests, other employees and management staff and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of the company.
