FGG Spa, LLC in Brentwood, TN is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead a fast-paced front desk and drive membership, retail, and service sales. You will coach staff, promote offers, and ensure a top-tier guest experience across the spa.

The role requires a people-first leader with strong communication, accountability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a growing multi-unit

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals; coach the team on conversion and sales behaviors; promote services and offers; support booking conversion.
• Lead the Front Desk: Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and performance; coach the front desk team to meet sales and service goals; drive membership conversion and guest experience.
• Support the Spa Leadership Team: Assist the General Manager with daily operations; train and develop front desk staff; support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems; maintain daily momentum.
