Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC in CONSHOHOCKEN is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training to lead the front desk, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will own daily operations, coach the front desk team, and partner with Spa leadership to maintain momentum and achieve service goals.

The role emphasizes sales execution, training, and people development, with potential for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus

Responsibilities

Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
Coach the front desk on conversion and sales behaviors.
Promote services, upgrades, and current offers.
Support strong call handling and booking conversion.
Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
Drive accountability around membership conversion and guest experience.
Train, onboard, and develop front desk team members.
Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
Step in as a key leader to maintain consistency and momentum in daily operations.
