FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training for the Newark, DE market. The role focuses on sales execution, guest experience, and front desk leadership while developing a strong, people-first team in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and motivate the front desk, drive membership and service sales, and contribute to operational excellence within a multi-unit franchise. Growth opportunities and advancement are emphasized throughout the program.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High accountability and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance by coaching the team on conversion and promoting services, upgrades, and offers.
• Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and team performance to meet sales and service goals.
• Support spa leadership with daily operations, training, onboarding, and front desk systems.
• Step in as a key leader to keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain momentum.
