Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training to lead the front desk, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Gaithersburg location. The GMIT role is designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the organization, with promotion based on performance and readiness.

You will own daily desk operations, coach the team on conversion and service goals, and help maintain operational excellence while developing a strong, people-first culture

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through membership, retail, gift card, and service goals.
• Coach the front desk team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence and consistency.
• Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead and develop the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensure high standard of execution across client interactions.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operational execution and reporting.
