FGG Spa, LLC is hiring a General Manager in Training at our East Brunswick, NJ location. You will own the front desk experience, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced spa environment.

The role focuses on coaching staff, improving conversion, guest experience, and operational excellence while preparing for future leadership opportunities within the organization. Promotion timing varies with performance and business needs.

Formación

• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Lead the front desk team to meet sales and service targets and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coach and develop front desk staff to improve conversion, guest experience, and revenue.
• Support spa leadership with daily operations, reporting, and cash handling.
