FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training (GMIT) for our NEWTOWN SQUARE location. You will own the front desk experience, drive membership and service sales, coach a frontline team, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role prepares you for future leadership within our multi-unit organization, with promotion based on performance, readiness, and business needs. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Formación

• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Coach the front desk team on conversion and guest interactions.
• Lead front desk operations and guest flow to meet goals.
• Support daily operational execution and staff development.
