FGG Spa, LLC in Langhorne, PA is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training to lead the front desk, drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales, and develop a strong front desk team.

You will own daily front desk operations, coach staff, and ensure a superior guest experience while supporting the spa leadership team. This role offers advancement within a multi-unit organization and bonus opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals; coach on conversion and sales behaviors; promote services and offers; support call handling and booking conversion.
• Lead the Front Desk: Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and performance; coach front desk team to meet sales and service goals; ensure high-standard client interactions.
• Support the Spa Leadership Team: Assist GM with daily operations; train and develop front desk staff; support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems; lead to maintain momentum.
