FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training for the Phoenixville location. You will own front desk operations, drive sales across memberships, retail, gift cards and services, and lead a guest-focused team to deliver outstanding experiences.

This role is designed to groom future leaders; promotion timing varies with performance. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, support reporting and systems, and embody a people-first culture in a fast-paced, goal-driven

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance with membership, retail, gift card, and service goals.
• Actively coach team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence.
• Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead and coach front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive accountability around membership conversion and guest experience.
• Ensure high standard of execution across client interactions.
• Assist GM with daily operations and develop front desk staff.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
