FGG Spa, LLC, a Hand & Stone franchisee, is seeking a General Manager in Training at our Easton location to lead the front desk, drive sales, and develop a high-performance team.

This role focuses on sales execution, guest experience, and operational excellence, with promotion from within based on performance. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and grow into a leadership role within a multi-unit organization.

Formación

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals; coach team on conversion and sales behaviors; promote services and offers; support call handling and booking conversion.
• Lead the Front Desk: Own daily front desk operations and guest flow; train and develop front desk team; drive membership conversion and guest experience; ensure consistent client interactions.
• Support the Spa Leadership Team: Assist GM with daily operations; onboard and develop front desk staff; support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems; maintain momentum.
