Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – CHARLOTTE is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead the front desk and drive guest experience at our Sharon Rd location. This role is designed to develop you into a future leader through hands-on coaching, performance-based advancement, and a focus on sales execution.

As GMIT you will own daily front desk operations, coach the team on conversions, and support spa leadership with training, reporting, and systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals; Coach the team on conversion and sales behaviors; Promote services and current offers; Support booking conversion.
• Lead the Front Desk: Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and performance; Lead the front desk team to meet sales and service goals; Drive membership conversion and guest experience; Ensure high standard of client interactions.
• Support the Spa Leadership Team: Assist the General Manager with daily operations; Train and onboard front desk staff; Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems; Maintain consistency and momentum in daily operations.
