Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – CONCORD (8915 Christenbury Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027) seeks a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead the front desk, drive membership and service sales, and develop a strong guest experience.

As a GMIT, you will own daily front desk operations and team performance, coaching staff and supporting leadership with reporting and cash handling. This role prepares you for future advancement within our organization based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Lead the front desk, coaching the team to meet sales and service goals and ensure guest experience quality.
• Support spa leadership with daily operational execution, training, onboarding, and reporting duties.
• Manage front desk systems, cash handling, and ensure consistent execution in client interactions.
