Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – CAMP HILL is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead the front desk and drive performance. You will own daily operations, coach staff, and promote services, upgrades, and offers to maximize guest satisfaction and sales results.

The role prepares you for future Spa leadership; promotion timing is based on performance and business needs, with a focus on developing leaders from within.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Sales, customer service, or performance-driven background.
• Ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Coach front desk team on conversion and sales behaviors.
• Promote services, upgrades, and current offers with confidence.
• Support strong performance in call handling and booking conversion.
• Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead and develop front desk team to meet sales/service goals.
• Ensure consistent client interactions and high execution standards.
• Assist GM with daily operations and reporting.
