Job summary

Heyday is seeking a friendly Host to deliver world-class guest experiences in our shops. You will connect with guests, share product recommendations, anticipate needs, and help with check-in/check-out processes.

Role requires exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to educate clients on current promotions and memberships. Weekend and evening shifts are required to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in recommending memberships, packages, and products.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Willingness to take initiative and work without direct supervision.
• Excellent communication with diverse guests; strong phone and email etiquette.
• Positive, can-do attitude; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service in-person, over the phone, and online.
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with sales, returns, and stock replenishment.
• Assist in daily shop tasks: sanitizing, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative in operations.
• Support Skin Therapists to ensure smooth check-in/out process.
• Work with Heyday staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training of new Host team members.
• Maintain Heyday aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
