Job summary

Heyday Skincare Corporate is seeking energetic, service-minded individuals to join our Host team. You’ll deliver exceptional customer care across in-person, phone, and online interactions, educate guests on memberships and products, and support daily shop operations to keep a high-energy, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates combine strong communication, organization, and a positive attitude, with flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in recommending memberships, packages, and products.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to initiate tasks and work without direct direction.
• Excellent communication across diverse personalities.
• Positive, can-do attitude with friendly phone and email etiquette.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to clients in-person, over the phone, and online.
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with sales and returns.
• Assist with daily shop tasks, cleaning, and shop maintenance.
• Support Skin Therapists to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Work with Heyday staff to maintain efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist in training and coaching new Host team members.
• Handle shop cleaning across rooms, desk, shelves, and offices.
• Oversee laundry and delivery unpacking; manage garbage and recycling.
• Review announcements at shift start and uphold the Heyday aesthetic.
