Heyday Skincare in the United States is seeking friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our Host team. You will greet guests, educate them on promotions, assist with products, and support esthetists to ensure smooth check-in and check-out.

Mansioni

• Provide high-level customer service in person, on the phone, and online.
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with stock, sales, and returns.
• Support daily shop tasks, sanitizing and general maintenance.
• Assist Skin Therapists to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Work as a cohesive team to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Support training of new Host team members.
• Oversee shop cleaning and laundry duties.
• Unpack deliveries and manage waste and recycling.
• Review changes and focus areas at shift start.
• Maintain Heyday aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
