Heyday is seeking passionate, service-oriented individuals who love skincare to join our high-growth team. You will deliver exceptional in-person, phone, and online service, educate clients on memberships and treatments, and support product sales with a positive, can-do attitude.

You’ll work with estheticians and staff to ensure smooth check-ins/outs, maintain Heyday’s distinct look and vibe, and help train new hosts. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level customer service in-person, over the phone, and online.
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with restocking and sales/returns.
• Support daily shop tasks: sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Assist Skin Therapists with check-in/check-out processes.
• Collaborate with Heyday staff for efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist training of new hosts and team members.
• Shop cleaning: treatment rooms, front desk, lobby, shelves, offices, breaks.
• Oversee laundry: washing, drying, folding, and delivery unpacking.
