Job summary

Lakeway Resort and Spa seeks a courteous Spa Concierge to warmly welcome guests, coordinate appointments, and maintain smooth front desk operations. You will assist with check-in/out, answer calls, and help guests choose services that fit their needs, while ensuring accurate reservations and payments.

CPR/First Aid may be preferred; experience in luxury hospitality and familiarity with spa procedures are advantageous. This role requires weekend shifts and strong multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest-facing roles in spa/hospitality.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and residents; assist with check-in and spa tours.
• Answer calls, book appointments, and assist guests in selecting services.
• Maintain accurate reservations and guest data in spa software.
• Coordinate with therapists to keep appointments on time and handle payments.
